Formerly a division of Hilco Global known as Hilco Real Estate Finance, this group branched off to form a new independent company: Jordan Capital Finance. The new firm focused on providing financial lending services for commercial, residential, and construction investors.
I was brought on to develop the company’s new brand identity from the ground up. The client's needs included designing service flyers tailored for development managers, as well as creating marketing materials for use at trade shows, direct mail campaigns, and across digital channels, ensuring a consistent and professional visual presence for the emerging brand.
