CTA ridership had grown flat and needed to reignite the usefulness of it's service to the cities mass audience. Grant Jacoby was hired on to deliver to the public a tone consistent with CTA’s internal pledge of cleanliness, friendliness, timeliness and safety.

The overall creative direction was to enhance the brand image, evolve the existing “Take It” theme, and generate awareness through traditional and non-traditional media. As part of the creative team. I played the role of graphic designer, art director, print production designer and even a photographer. This project involved the efforts of a creative team to develop a campaign that gained wide acceptance at the CTA and with the public.
